Eleven years ago, our CEO Niall Coen started a Tottenham podcast. Our flagship football website, Football FanCast, was born as a result and then, from there, Snack Media was founded. The rest is history. However, Podcasts were new and unknown back then, but it created an opportunity for something much bigger, and that’s what many podcast and content creators are seeing today.

FC Bayern Munich this week released their own TV channel called FC Bayern.tv. The platform was launched on 27th February as a way to create their own linear TV channel in collaboration with their sponsor Deutsche Telekom. The channel will offer fans clubs news, backstage footage and new content in HD 24 hours per day. Google has launched a new video conferencing application called ‘Meet’.
